We are on the search for enthusiastic, dedicated professional and talented Lounge Supervisors. We at M Social want to employ personality matched with experience.

This role will include:

  • You have to be social, so social.
  • Must have superior, excellent, outstanding, worthy, spectacular customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written.
  • The ability to retain guests, you need to create a following and get them to love you
  • Work autonomously and as a team. You will be by yourself sometimes but a have small support team to call on.
  • You need to care about people and understand your guest purpose of their stay, connect and become their best friend.
  • Supervision of the staff and the overall activity within the Lounge
  • Food & Beverage knowledge, basic handling of food and drinks, without the consumption part.
  • Running  the daily operations of the Club Lounge;
  • Check in/out of Lounge access VIP guests;
  • Greet VIP guests as they approach the club lounge and provide them with assistance
  • Ability to Host with guests and ask if they would like additional servings
  • Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding hotel and lounge’s features and services and address any specific concerns regarding services and premises
  • Perform follow up duties to ensure continuous guest satisfaction and take orders for additional services
  • A current New Zealand drivers licence and LCQ certificate is preferred for this role
  • Experience with OPERA is favourable

     

You must be available to work standard rotating schedules including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
